How do I apply for a Password/ Access Number?

If you are an authorised user of employer services online (ESO) and would like to request a new password/ access number, please contact: 1300 338 240

Why do I need to change my Password/ Access Number after the first log in?

When you log in for the first time you'll be asked to change your password/ access number. It is important no one else has access to your personal information for security reasons, so make sure it is one only you will know and can easily remember.

For Employer agencies
Registering for ESO

To activate your account:

  1. log on to
  2. click on employer services online
  3. enter your employer ID
  4. enter your user ID
  5. enter your date of birth (please use the format: DDMMYYYY)
  6. enter your password/ Access Number (provided by CSC)
  7. click on 'Login'.

Now you're ready to log into ESO to view, save and submit employee details.
